DANBURY, Conn— The ECAC is proud to announce its Esports All-Academic Honorees presented by Lenovo Legion for the Spring 2021 Semester. To be eligible, each honoree must carry a grade point average of 3.2 or higher for the semester.
A total of 277 student-athletes from 28 different universities and colleges are being recognized for their success in the classroom.
Johnson and Wales finished with 37 students closely trailing was UAlbany with 33. Saint Francis University with 24, SUNY Canton was not far off with 23, Long Island University with 18, Carroll University with 15, SUNY Poly 14, Post University with 14, Elmira College with 11, Finlandia and Arcadia University finished with 10, Central Connecticut State University with 9, Randolph-Macon College, College of Staten Island with 8, Bethel University with 7, New Jersey City University with 6, St. Thomas Aquinas and John Jay College with 4, Rodger Williams, Neuman University and Delaware University with 3, Lakeland, Central Maine Community College, and Stockton University with 2, and Southern Connecticut, Sacramento State, and St. John’s University with 1.
